Perfectly located for an adventure-filled weekend in the Snowdonia National Park.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Address: Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda, LL57 4YG.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is included with tickets to the Snowden Zip Wire?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zip world runs two different experiences at the North Wales adventure park in Penrhyn Quarry:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Velocity 2 zip wire, which includes an initial ride on the smaller &#8216;Little Zipper&#8217;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Quarry Karts, the UK&#8217;s only go-kart experience on a mountain track&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard tickets will just include the zip wires, and the experience will take a few hours. However, there are plenty of bundles available that give you discounted prices when you buy tickets together.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also a tier system for the tickets. Be sure to inspect the details beforehand, especially if you have any health conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is the Wales Zip Wire good for groups?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Groups of four individuals take to the zip line at any one time. This is great if you&#8217;ve booked at the same time as you can arrange it, so you race each other. This is a great adrenaline taster as it is not as long or fast as the other line, so it will help to settle those pre adrenaline experience nerves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still exhilarated from the initial ride, you will take a truck with a few more people to the top of the quarry. Due to the rocky and winding terrain, this adventurous journey will take 10-15 minutes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Velocity 2 Zip Wire <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Velocity 2 zip line, a similar safety protocol will happen. But, this time, the weight reading done when you got suited and booted will now be assessed against the other people in your group. This is a great viewing platform and provides more substantial meals for an adrenaline-filled day.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can I do about Dog Care? &nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have no other option than to take your dog, there is a doggy daycare option at the quarry. We didn&#8217;t use this personally, so we can&#8217;t vouch for it, but having heard the dogs barking from it, we suggest leaving your dog with someone else while you enjoy the thrills at this Welsh adventure park.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What should I pack? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zip world wouldn&#8217;t let us use our own go-pro due to safety reasons. Therefore, no need to pack this extra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What would be useful, though, is packing waterproof clothing and good hiking shoes. North Wales weather is temperamental at best, and Snowdonia national park can experience what feels like all seasons in a few hours. You can leave any belongings you don&#8217;t need in your car or pay for a locker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zip World Velocity 2 Review in Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Does the Snowdonia Zip Wire live up to the hype?&nbsp;If you&#8217;ve never experienced a zip wire with your hands behind your back, then this is already something you need to add to your thrill seekers bucket list. Let alone for the top speeds you can go to. Of course, I was expecting it to be faster for the fastest zip line in the world, but that&#8217;s the adrenaline junkie attitude, right?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experience is well organised and in a unique and interesting location. What&#8217;s not to enjoy? The only downside is the price; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zipworld.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zip World<\/a> is not cheap and unless you get bundles or special offers, it could be as much as &#xA3;90 per person.
